Sea breezes refresh you year-round...
The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a five-piece ensuite bath and the second bedroom has two twin beds and a three-piece bath. All rooms have sliding glass doors to the large and private wrap around terrace.
The combination living room/dining room is furnished in Italian leather furniture with a stone fireplace. The house is fully furnished with linens, stereo, CDs and cassettes, TV, VCR, tapes, guidebooks, maps, tourist information and restaurant guides.
The huge lower terrace has oleander bougainvillea, spectacular views and a stairway leading to the lower gardened area. An outdoor built-in brick barbecue is available for dining as well.
